The responsibilities of Construction Managers.
The services provided by Construction Managers should not be confused with those of a General Contractor. Construction Managers do not add cost to a project. The Construction Manager, in fact, saves and returns money to the client. The Construction Manager works on behalf of the client. In addition, the Construction Manager has a fiduciary responsibility to the client.
